poetry battles

In May,2021, Nicki and Euc, aka Cassildra and empulsive, began collaborating together in what we've called "Poetry Battles". Randomly selecting from a curated list of over 200 prompts, we set a timer and then get to work. Once we're done with our piece (or pieces), we then share with each other and spend time reading each piece together, silently and out loud, discussing every aspect of the work and, often, surprising each other with our insights on the other's work. We have decided to share our work with our friends and loved ones here on sindustrial revolution.
